Products shipped to US addresses are generally delivered & received by customers within 5-7 business days. Products shipped to Canada or Mexico take approximately 7-14 days for delivery. Overseas deliveries may take 2-3 weeks for delivery, not including delays at customs or local postal delivery delays.

We do not offer
refunds on events or digital download products.
For all other products, all returns must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA #) prior to being returned to Learn the Skills Corp (instructions below). Returns must be shipped back to us, in original condition, within 30 days of delivery to you, and must contain all original packaging. Once an RMA # has been obtained, please send back to the address below and write the RMA number on the outside of the return packaging:

All defective returns will be issued a refund of the return shipping costs (if receipt is provided) and a replacement shipped to you at no charge.
All other non-replacement returns (refunds) will be subject to a minimum 30% restocking fee, and no shipping charges will be refunded. Products not in new/re-sellable condition will be subject to a 70% restocking fee. Opened/used products are subject to a 70% restocking fee.
